Ending your tenancy

Please read the following conditions and tick the box next to each to say that you have read, understood and accept the condition.

This notice will end the whole tenancy and everyone living in the property will have to move out by the notice end date. *

Rent and charges will continue to the end of tenancy date even if I choose to move out early. *

I confirm that if I return the keys to the property before the expiration of my notice period, I agree that Flagship Homes may enter the property and commence any works necessary in order to re-let the property. *

The property will be left in the condition recorded in the inventory and clear of rubbish and belongings. This includes gardens, lofts and any sheds and parking. I accept that Flagship Homes may charge me if this is not carried out. *

All repairs that are my responsibility as a tenant must be carried out before I/we leave. Any unauthorised or unsatisfactory alterations will be removed/restored to original state. I accept that Flagship Homes may charge me if this is not carried out. *

If any items are left in the property, I give permission for Flagship Homes to remove and dispose of these and I accept that Flagship Homes may charge me for the removal. *

All keys to the property must be returned or left in the key safe as agreed. If they are not there may be charge for a further weeks' rent and/or the cost of changing the locks. *

I agree to allow Flagship Homes to visit the property to complete a pre-termination inspection. *
